I always start with comfort when choosing clothes, without it making me look boring, out of place, or simply sloppy. This week started on Tuesday at work due to the national retirement on Monday, so going to the university was a must.

There were certain activities planned, including an anniversary mass, plus the return of students to the classrooms. The point is that I had to be comfortable but presentable, not only for mass but because as a teacher I must maintain an appropriate image in front of my students.

That doesn't mean always wearing high heels and elegant blouses, but rather a casual, even sporty, but nice outfit that maintains an appropriate appearance. Now my photoshoot location is the bathroom of the program where I work. Hehe, I like it.

I wore my black skinny jeans, practically new because I've rarely worn them, combined with a long-sleeved shirt in a color between gray and black that I folded over so it reached a little past my elbows. One of those Polo brands that never goes out of season. It's now a staple in my closet.

Cream-colored sneakers with sparkles, a high ponytail in my hair, all tied up. My silver bracelet watch, which I can't miss, stud earrings, my Cartier ring, and a soft pistachio green strap that matched my shirt.

Super cool, super comfortable, presentable, and respectful, because there are standards in education, and I don't think with all the evolution we've been experiencing, I should wear a trendy oversized T-shirt or ripped jeans, and I just don't feel comfortable in that.

Siempre parto de la comodidad a la hora de elegir prendas de vestir, sin que eso me haga ver aburrida, fuera de lugar o simplemente descuidada. Ésta semana comenzó el día martes a nivel laboral por las cuestiones del jubiló nacional del día lunes, asi que ir a la universidad era un deber.

Habían ciertas actividades preparadas, entre ellas una misa de aniversario, más el regreso de los estudiantes a las aulas de clases. La cuestión es que debía ir cómoda pero presentable, no solo por la misa sino porque como docente debo mantener una imágen adecuada ante mis estudiantes.

Eso no implica andar siempre en tacones altos, con blusas elegantes, más bien un outfit casual y hasta deportivo, pero bonito, que mantenga una apariencia adecuada. Ahora mi lugar de sesión de fotos, es el baño del programa donde trabajo, Jejeje, me gusta.

Lleve mis jeans negros tipo skinny, prácticamente nuevos porque pocas veces me lo he puesto, combinado con una camisa manga larga en un color entre gris y negro que doble para que llegara un poco más de mis codos, de esas marca Polo que no pasan de temporada, ahora es un básico en mi closet.

Unos zapatos deportivos color crema con brillos, una cebolla alta en el cabello todo recogido. Mi reloj plateado de brazalete que no puede faltar, zarcillos tipo botón, mi anillo cartier, una correa en un color verde pistacho suave, que combinaba con mi camisa.

Súper fresca, súper cómoda, presentable, que no se pierda el respeto, porque a nivel de educación existen patrones, y no creo que con tanta evolución que venimos viviendo deba asistir con una franela overside corta de moda, o jeans rotos, aparte de que no me siento cómoda con eso.
