Today I bring you a healthy tea made from Moringa and crushed garlic for aroma. In fact this tea recipe is something so unique that many of us do not know about. But we must have hard of Moringa Oleifera , also known as the “ Tree of Life” or “Miracle Tree”.
I visited an aunt sometimes last week and among her herbal teas is this healthy powdered tea made from Moringa which she drinks every morning in little quantity with some garlic added to it. This is all about good health and how we can also manage our health simply from drinking healthy teas and not just sweet drinks all the time.
So this morning I made a glass of Moringa tea adding crushed garlic to it for aroma which am sharing with you. Its a simple and quick warm tea that is packed with health and taste just good. Although many who knows Moringa tree 🌳 consumes the leaves 🍃 mostly, but with time Moringa has been processed into powdered products for easy accessibility.

INGREDIENTS:

1 teaspoon of powder Moringa 🍃 11/2 clove of garlic 🧄 A glass of spring water
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.

Start by just peeling and crushing the garlic

And have it ready among the water and Moringa powder.
Step 2.

We add the water into a pot, place it on the cooker to heat up.
Step 3.



Once the water heats up, we add our powdered Moringa and the garlic

Cover and allow to bolt for just 30 seconds to retain its nutrients.
Step 4



We set it down and quickly sieve into a jug as above.
Step 5.



Next we sieve the tea again into our choice of cup as above
