Sunday of delight: coffee and its little gifts [eng-esp]

I have always heard it said by many coffee lovers that coffee is the elixir of the gods and as I am a witness of my love for this liquid I have no objection to it. Coffee is not just a drink for me is a great and warm embrace that wakes up my body every morning is like a kind of sacred ritual that activates me to start my long day, its exquisite aroma who always reminds me that we always have a new reason to be grateful.

I don't want to sound exaggerated when I say that it is indispensable to consume this elixir every morning, to delight my life with it is a necessary balm. The simple fact of being able to visualize how the coffee beans come into contact with the water at the maximum boiling point and begins in that process to release its rich aroma makes my palate turn to water and my body knows, my body can glimpse the feast of delight that is coming.

And today as every Sunday I want to share with you a beautiful experience that confirms once again my great connection with coffee I told you last week that I recently visited the beautiful city of Barquisimeto, a city in which I accumulated beautiful and rewarding memories, its people, its landscape, every detail definitely managed to capture my attention, but the most beautiful thing was the farewell we were given at the hotel.

I was telling you that the weather there was quite changeable, in fact that day it was rain after rain, I think even Barquisimeto itself was crying for our return, so with such a cool and cold environment the hotel shared with us this delicious drink when we handed over the keys at the reception they invited us to share the coffee.

The funny thing is that this is a habit that they develop every morning and it was our third dawn there and we had not realized it, but what was really important of this nice gesture was not the best presentation of the coffee, this was not in a delicate porcelain cup, but what really made it special was the intention, courtesy and affection with which he shared it and that is just the fundamental ingredients to make a moment of coffee something unique and transcendental.

We had a long trip back so we decided to go for breakfast before starting our trip we did not know much about there and on the way we visualized a very simple place, but with a spectacular attention and very delicious food I felt at home and as life never ceases to surprise us also there we were delighted with more coffee, without asking for them simply at the end of our breakfast we were invited to this rich elixir of the gods. I could only express this is definitely a great gift for my coffee body who does not set a limit when it comes to enjoying this delicious drink.

So there we were, all our beautiful group enjoying the coffee who always manages to bring a smile even when the clouds are gray, at that moment I could not stop thinking that life never ceases to give you pleasant gifts and coffee is always an excellent reason to pause, stop to thank, smile and keep in mind that in life there are many things to live.

Siempre he escuchado decir por muchos amantes del café que este es en el elixir de los dioses y como soy testigo de mi amor por este líquido no tengo ninguna objeción con ella. El café no es simplemente una bebida para mí es un gran y cálido abrazo que despierta mi cuerpo cada mañana es como una especie de ritual sagrado que me activa para iniciar mi larga jornada, su exquisito aroma quien siempre me recuerda que siempre tenemos un nuevo motivo para estar agradecidos.

No quiero sonar exagerada cuando digo que es indispensable consumir este elixir cada mañana, deleitar mi vida con él es un bálsamo necesario. El simple hecho de poder visualizar como los granos de café entran en contacto con el agua en máximo punto de ebullición y comienza en ese proceso a desprender su rico aroma hace que mi paladar se vuelva agua y es que mi cuerpo sabe, mi organismo puede vislumbrar la fiesta de deleite que se avecina.

Y hoy como cada Domingo quiero compartir con ustedes una hermosa experiencia que confirma una vez más mi gran conexión con el café les comenté la semana pasada que hace poco visité la hermosa ciudad de Barquisimeto, una ciudad en la cual acumulé bonitos y gratificantes recuerdos su gente, su paisaje, cada detalle definitivamente logró captar mi atención, pero lo más hermoso aún fue la despedida que nos dieron en el hotel.

Les comentaba que el clima por allá estuvo bastante cambiante de hecho ese día fue lluvia tras lluvia, yo creo que hasta el mismo Barquisimeto estaba llorando nuestro regreso, por lo tanto con un ambiente tan fresco y frío el hotel nos compartió esta rica bebida al entregar las llaves en recepción nos invitaron a compartir el café.

Lo curioso es que este es un hábito que ellos desarrollan cada mañana y era nuestra tercer amanecer allí y no nos habíamos percatado de ello, pero lo realmente importante de este gesto tan bonito no fue la mejor presentación del café, este no estaba en una delicada taza de porcelana, pero lo que realmente lo hacía especial era la intención, la cortesía y el cariño con el que lo compartía y eso son justamente los ingredientes fundamentales para hacer de un momento de café algo único y transcendental.

Nos esperaba un largo viaje de regreso por lo tanto decidimos ir a desayunar antes de emprender nuestro viaje no conocíamos mucho de allí y en el camino visualizamos un lugar muy sencillo, pero con una atención espectacular y la comida muy deliciosa me sentí como en casa y como la vida nunca deja de sorprendernos también allí nos deleitamos con más café, sin pedirlos simplemente al finalizar nuestro desayuno nos invitaron este rico elixir de los dioses. Solo pude expresar esto definitivamente es un gran regalo para mi cuerpo cafetero quien no establece un límite cuando se trata de disfrutar de esta deliciosa bebida.

Así que allí estábamos todos nuestro hermoso grupo deleitándonos del café quien siempre logra sacarnos una sonrisa incluso cuando las nubes pintan grises en ese momento no pude dejar de pensar la vida nunca deja de darte gratos regalos y el café siempre es una excelente razón para ser una pausa detenerte a agradecer, sonreír y tener presente que en la vida hay muchas cosas por vivir.
