Hello My fellow Hivers, It's me again— Rin-rin your storyteller would love you to join me for a 7 day challenge. Let's take it easy for this challenge.

Day 1

2 glass of water before starting your day will lighten your emotions and things you usually think that isn't even necessary.

I have made it a habit and I'm starting to feel like I'm in control of my day, I also start to notice that my days become so better than my usual days.

Day 2

Running for 120seconds doesn't require much of an energy does it? Running also makes us feel energized and alive after— making your heart healthy too! to calm your heart down, drink a glass of water.

Day 3

Meditating makes your mind feel relaxed even for 60 seconds it makes you feel better in life how much more than 120 seconds? It'll also improve your emotions and how you handle life.

Day 4

Take a Photo as a memory, As a token that you joined the challenge and the journey you've taken, it might not seem as a long road but you made progress rather than 0% which is better don't you think?

Day 5

Write what you're feeling while running, not exactly when you're running you're gonna right but after the activity — write what you feel, before and afterhand. Does it make a change? Do you feel better?

Day 6

Exercising will help your heart, doesn't have to be a hardcore exercises, be gentle with yourself and take your time feeling your muscles stretch and how relaxing it makes you feel.

Day 7

The very last day! now let's take it easy, just a minute walk and a treat for completing the 7days challenge. doesn't it feel good? I mean look try to imagine it, even it's just a small step — you made progress.


I'll also be posting about my progress, hoping you're interested on joining and hoping you guys too will share your experiences! let's all improve our health by small steps!
