Very Unusual Saturday

Unlike my regular #BeerSaturday, today is kind of different and unusual. I will narrate why it is unusual. Today being Saturday, I woke up very early to do some road walk, after then I rushed to the office to get some work finished. To be honest I finished at work on time. At about 1:44 PM I left the office to return home and take my partner out for lunch. On my way back I saw this fish and I was like I need to get this and do some roasting. As soon as I got home I decided exactly what I was going to do. I went on youtube to watch this video

Below is the my fish and what I chose to do.

First I removed the scales from the fish and did some proper necessary cleaning as required. One this I love about the fish unlike other fish that I have done before is that the smell is not that offensive as a fresh water fish that it is. I honestly does not know the name of the fish but I just wanted to do something different. This took a lot of my time because I am not a regular cook and kitchen is my favorite part of the house and what I do there is just to get food and not to make food.

After removing the scales I washed the fish again no remove any attached scales remaining. I did this rinsing twice to ensure that not one particular scale is left on the body of the fish

This is where I drew the curtain, I became bored and could not continue at this stage. I just left the kitchen and, waited for my partner to come back and do the needful with it. I am not a very good cook and does not want to waste these beautiful and well tasty fish. So, I left it for the expert to complete. I guess next time I will be able to complete it.

This is the noodles she later made for me. That was why I said today is a very unusual day.

In the process of her making the fish. Because I was very famished she chose to do the noodles first. That time the activities was going on I chose to get myself a Goldberg Black premium beer. Though I spent some time with her in the kitchen. I later left her to complete what she was doing so I went upstairs to finish my beer business

by . I did take my time to send some mails and replied some others that needed to be replied. In order to cut the story short. Today was unusual because.

1. I bought fish and did not complete the process of making it
2. I ended up settling for noodles which was not even what I intended to eat
3. I couldn't take my partner out for lunch because of indecision.

was just what made the day cool for me. Though I apologized to her and she understood. There is nothing like being with someone who understands.
