Coffee with oatmeal: an invention from my kitchen ☕

Hello, my beautiful people, lovers of good coffee ️☕.
Today I want to share with you, a recipe that was born in my kitchen, I don't know if there is a similar version, if there are, I thank you very much to let me know, so I improve the taste and texture of it. Making afternoon oatmeal for my kids today. To do this, first I put the oat flakes to soak, so that the milk is absorbed faster, after the water boils, is that I put all this mixture to cook for 5 minutes and that's it.
The truth is that, in the middle of soaking the oatmeal and milk, it occurred to me to add coffee, without thinking much about it, I did what I thought and let's try it, I liked the taste and texture, after having tasted it. Based on this wonderful experience, I decided to share with you this small discovery. I decided to try again with established proportions to make my recipe more delicious.
For this, I used: 50 grams of oat flakes, 50 grams of milk, water to dilute the milk, I used approximately 50 milliliters, half a cup of freshly brewed pure coffee which is equivalent to 50 milliliters, these measures were established according to my Jumbo cup, I love to show my drinks in it, it is the right one to reflect the colors of the mixture.
First I whipped the milk with the water, then in my Jumbo cup I put the oat flakes, I added the milk just whipped, covering it completely, I waited at least half an hour for the oatmeal to absorb the milk. While I made the coffee very pure, I set it aside. When the oatmeal was inflated by the absorption, I took out a little of the milk so that there would be room to place the coffee. I added it slowly and ready, as I do not like sugar, I served it that way, but I can suggest adding sugar to taste or simply add condensed milk, stir with the help of a spoon to integrate the mixture and taste.
From my experience, I liked the mixture formed, I helped myself with a spoon to finish tasting this wonderful recipe. The flavor of the oatmeal with the milk and the very pure coffee was a perfect combination, it filled me with satisfaction and felt exquisite. As for the texture, when I bit into the oat flakes combined with the milk and coffee, it formed a viscous mixture that felt pleasant on my palate, giving it a unique touch.
