Martes de Entrenamiento de Piernas.

Hoy pude entrenar de un rato en la mañana el clima estaba un poco gris pero aun con el calor presente.

Comencé con la máquina de piernas con un peso de 17.50 kilos e hice 4 series de 15 repeticiones, aumenté 5 más.

Luego hice glúteos peso de 15 kilos, 4 series de 10 repeticiones.

Maquina de Piernas con un peso de 40 kilo solo 4 series de 10 repeticiones.

Cardio en la bicicleta de 40.30 minutos.

Muy importante siempre llevar su rutina de ejercicios para que les rinda el tiempo y sea mas productivo em entrenamiento.

Tuesday Leg Workout

I was able to train for a while in the morning. The weather was a bit dull, but the heat was still present.

I started on the leg machine with a weight of 17.50 kilos and did 4 sets of 15 reps, increasing by 5 more.

Then I did glutes with a weight of 15 kilos, 4 sets of 10 reps.

On the leg machine with a weight of 40 kilos, only 4 sets of 10 reps.

Cardio on the bike for 40.30 minutes.

It's very important to always follow your exercise routine to maximize your time and be more productive during your workout.
