Potatoes, Carrots and peas recipe with spices and fresh green coriander

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well and enjoying Sunday with yummy food and other activities. As you know I always share any delicious food at every Sunday. Today I cooked very famous and everyone favourite recipe which is also called mixed vegetables like potatoes carrots and peas with fresh green coriander and spices. I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process.

Ingredients

Half kg peas

Half kg potatoes

Half kg carrots

Onions

Tomato

Green chillies

Ginger garlic paste

Spices

Salt

Red chilli

Turmeric

Chilli flakes

Black pepper

Garam masala

Cumin seeds

Process

First I cut carrots and potatoes into pieces then took out seeds of the peas and washed vegetables under water then put aside.


After this I stir fry onions added ginger garlic paste green chillies and tomato slices then cooked well also adding half glass water. Then I added whole spices and mixed well. I cooked gravy under midum flame.



Later on I added cut vegetables in the gravy and mixed well. I also stir fry two minutes.


Then I added two to three glass water in the vegetables for cooking. I cooked until the gravy dry and vegetables cooked and oil separated.


At the last I spread dry leaves of fenugreek for aroma and more taste.


I fried at the last in the separated oil of vegetable then my recipe is ready for eating with flatbread.
