My Actifit Report Card: November 28 2025

Today was really busy for me. Started off okay, hamstrings just will. Other release!

Then I went and played thirty nine holes of disc golf! It was such a nice day, mid 50s here, that we just kept playing. Also, since tomorrow is mid 20s, and possibly snow, that makes it rough to play, who knows when the next day will come to play.

After that came home and got some chores done and cleaned up around the house a bit, tou know, the normal things around the house, and no shopping!
