Getting ready to start a new diet in 2026 with the help using a planner.

HAPPY WEEKEND

How many times have you tried to diet? I haven't got enough fingers and toes to add up to my attempts. I could honestly slap myself for getting to target then just letting it all go. The amount of money I've spent over the years joining different clubs, buying books, losing weight then adding it back. I NEVER had a problem until I became disabled, I used to be very active now its a push to walk to my front door. Doing exercise would help me alot its just doing it whilst in to much pain plus I don't want to make anything worse.

I'm always looking for another way to lose weight, different diets etc yeah they work then after 3 months I'm bored as I stick to the foods I know. I have to get more adventurous with my cooking or hubbys cooking as he will be doing most of it, its OK he loves to cook. I have found something different that might spur me on each day.

I have bought a weight loss planner that is a bit of fun, with pages I can't wait to fill in, I'm actually getting excited to start in 2026. We need something thats fun, different and that will push us to succeed, so I'm going to give this a go.

This is so true for me as I've been on so many diets that its laughable, I've wasted so much of my life trying to lose weight.

These pages below are great to keep an eye on my calories, measurements and tracking my loses. Watching my measurements reduce will help keep the diet interesting and fun then being able to look back and see how far I've come is great to keep me motivated.

These pages are for meal preparation and goals why I want to lose weight, I can change my goals the more I lose. I hate being over weight, its not helping my health problems and is probably causing some of the pain im getting, a lighter me will be easier on the old joints.

These below are great ideas, having a shopping list prepared for the foods im allowed to eat and ingredients for meals will make shopping easier then having a handy note of snacks im allowed without having to go through loads of packs checking out the nutrition information. I could make a lot of my own snacks which will be better for me.

Then we come to my most favourite part, the part I've actually gone and bought some nice colouring pens, I can colour in how many Llbs I've lost them using every 14th pound in a different bright colour for losing a stone. There is 2 1/2 stone on this page thats 5 stone on the 2 psges in the book. Just the amount I want to lose. That's enough to see a big change in myself plus the book is pretty cheap I can buy a second one to carry on my journey if needed.

Then a few funny motivational quotes to give yourself a giggle plus lighten it up. Its a process, something that you have to be comfortable with.

The last page is what I'm aiming for and when I've got there I'll have the proof.

There are a few other pages, I have added the ones I think are important for me to lose weight the others are what I like about myself, what family like about me, weekly measurements, goal trackers, exercise trackers. They may come in handy the more I lose, when I hopefully will start liking myself more.
