Greetings Hive users, this time I am going to teach you a recipe on how to make sweet milk bread in a pan, as well as you are reading it, for those who think that if they do not have an oven it is impossible to make bread, but from today onwards It is possible because I bring you a method to make breads using a frying pan and they have the same flavor as those made in the oven. Next, I leave you the list of the ingredients and the elaboration steps to make them.

Ingredients for 6 breads:
• 250gr of all-purpose wheat flour.
• 125ml of warm milk.
• 10 grams of dry baker's yeast or 20 grams of fresh yeast.
• 1 egg.
• 75gr of sugar.
• 25gr of butter with melted salt.
• A little more wheat flour to knead the dough on the table.
• A flexible round cutter or anything else that serves about 10 centimeters in diameter.

Preparation:

Add the flour, the yeast in a bowl, use 100ml of warm milk and save the other 25ml until you see if the dough needs it, then add the melted butter, the egg and the sugar. We begin to knead, if the dough is dry we add the rest of the milk.

When we have the more or less homogeneous dough we pass it to the table, previously dusted with a little flour and knead it for more or less 10 minutes.

Let the dough rest in a container covered with a cloth and in a place without drafts and a more or less warm temperature for 30 to 60 minutes until it doubles in size.

Once the dough has rested we will put it back on the table with a little more flour. With the help of a rolling pin or simply by hand we stretch the dough until it is more or less a finger thick.

We begin to cut the loaves with a round cutter, we just have to give it an oval shape or with anything else that can serve us. The remains of dough that we have left after the loaves are cut, we knead again, stretch and cut more loaves until there is no more dough.

PICT107.png

We leave them on a tray covered with a cloth for 30 minutes in the same place where we had left the dough, so that it grows a little and they sponge.

Now we will put a pan (preferably Teflon) on very low heat, let it heat and place 2 or 3 loaves in the pan, separated from each other because they increase a little in size. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.

Once the time has passed, we flip the loaves and cook another 5 minutes more, again covered until golden. Then it we flip the loaves 3 more minutes. Again flip the loaves for another 3 minutes. Once the time has passed, we remove the loaves from the pan.

By completing all the steps in this recipe, we will obtain some delicious breads that we can accompany with a cup of coffee, juice, chocolate or a glass of milk.
