A YELLOW BREAKFAST | #Lam-lam Diary 008

Good day, Hive Foodies around the world. Hoping you had a healthy and good day this time. In my Food blog diary, I just like to share with you one of my breakfasts these days.

One morning I'm a little different myself, Im looking for a little sweet and fewer carbs for my breakfast. As a Filipino, It's not common for me to eat breakfast without rice so It's a little weird on me so I documented it and share it with you guys 😅.

What's on my plate?

For this breakfast, I have a sweet Filipino Mango, a Hot Cake, and of course, coffee to heat up the morning. Have you tried Mango of the Philippines?. As they say, the Philippine mango is sweeter and juicer than the other countries' mango. (though I never tried other countries mangoes yet)

Hotcake

Hotcake is made of flour after it is cooked it is smeared with margarine and adds up a sugar to make it sweet. What I like about this snack is the texture of the pan it is smooth and fluffy and it's satisfying how the HOTCAKE melts off on your mouth when you eat it. You should try it sometime, I'm sure you will like it. The price of the hotcake is only 0.1$ each. It is so very affordable guys.

Coffee

Its breakfast time, of course, and coffee will not be absent on this time. this will serve as our kick off energizer to be alive the rest of the Day. (Coffee is life in the breakfast)

Having this for my breakfast satisfies my craving that day. Something healthy, juicy, sweet, and strong is the perfect combination to have in your morning. It is new to me and I'm glad I did it. It will not be the last for sure.
