Definitely Seeing Improvements Now

I'm now having some glimpses of joy and inspiration here and there. That's far closer to my normal state than I have been since my little breakdown. Of course, this is punctuated with a lot of numbness, neutrality, and (less frequent) negative thoughts/moods, but I think this is relatively normal for most people. It would be ridiculous to expect happiness all the time, but it would be great to shift this entire spectrum towards a more positive direction. Let's keep this going.

Going to meditate a little bit again today. I did it once last week and didn't follow through, which is not very good. This should be a more consistent activity.
