Iniciativa Actual Azul: Regálame dos consejos o historias de fortaleza

La iniciativa de Actual Azul el día de hoy, 12 de noviembre, va dirigida a pedirle a los usuarios de @mundo.autismo que nos regalen herramientas o experiencias que nos hayan permitido entender, como padres, la condición de sus hijos y cómo llevarlas.

Si tú no tienes hijos autistas, estoy seguro de que conocerás personas y familias que viven con esta situación, y es muy posible que nos puedas brindar ejemplos de resiliencia y de lucha, para seguir formando parte de nuestra sociedad sin el estigma que el entorno ha impuesto, dejando familias en desigualdad de condiciones.

Estigma que debemos terminar... INICIATIVA

Las Naciones Unidas han luchado porque el aislamiento, el estigma y la desigualdad que sufren, no solo las personas con rasgos autistas, sino también sus familiares, se terminen.

En la sociedad moderna hay una desigualdad enorme entre la percepción que la sociedad tiene de estas personas con neuroatipia y sus familiares, frente a una familia relativamente común.

De hecho,

que uno de cada 100 niños padece autismo y que hay una falta increíble de educación, empleo y de oportunidades para ellos.

Además, las familias sufren de una falta de apoyo y de capacitación, así como de cuidados propios que las sociedades pueden ofrecer.

Nosotros deseamos brindarles apoyo y capacitación en diversos temas, y esta iniciativa pide dos consejos que tú les darías a los padres que viven estos desafíos con sus hijos.

Porque, aún es un desafío por superar.

Algunas realidades que debemos exponer

¿Hacia dónde van dirigidos estos dos consejos o herramientas que tú les puedes dar a las familias que tienen en sus hogares hijos con Trastorno del Espectro Autista?

Se dirige al hecho de que las familias se vuelven más conscientes del autismo y, al normalizar ciertas condiciones, podemos conseguir herramientas desde diferentes perspectivas y fuentes.

También que, al ser conscientes, podemos hacer una detección temprana y e ir cambiando esquemas o patrones de educación, tanto en el hogar como en la escuela.

Igual, cambiar patrones dietéticos y de salud apropiados para ellos, lo que llevaría hacia una excelente inclusión.

Recordemos que

, ha aumentado mucho desde los años 90, e incluye a niños con otros diagnósticos, tales como trastornos del espectro autistas con discapacidad intelectual y jóvenes con rasgos autistas sutiles.

La situación va cambiando, y solamente en Estados Unidos, programas como el de La Red de Vigilancia del Autismo y las Discapacidades del Desarrollo (ADDM, por sus siglas en inglés), en su informe del año 2025, ha evidenciado que uno de cada 31 niños estadounidenses recibe diagnósticos de autismo antes de los 8 años.

Por esto, no puede ser una situación de segregación y debemos incluir.

Y sí, es cierto que aún se necesitan investigaciones sobre esta condición, pero sabemos que ellos van perdiendo los síntomas. ¡Qué gran esperanza!

Si fortalecemos a los padres, vamos, inevitablemente, a fortalecer el desarrollo de estos niños hacia la desaparición de síntomas de forma más temprana.
