Long Day?…….My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2025

Me too! I’m so tired, I could almost forgo dinner, TV and posting! Almost……

Today was a productive day for me. However, it did start with a wrinkle in the day. While I was getting ready to go to work, I got a notification from the alarm system that a power outage had been detected. Hmmm….🧐 No big deal-the police station is just a couple of blocks up from the clinic and I figured they’d have it back on because the town rarely has a prolonged outage. When I arrived, the Christmas snowflakes were illuminated on the south side of the road but not the north. I’d noticed the town had a dark look about it with businesses such as the grocery store-no lights. I guess it was going to take a while.

When I got in the clinic, I realized the lights that were on probably were due to a generator for the police. The clinic was dead……and cold! 🥶 Notice the temp on my desk thermometer.

I thought about pulling out this to make myself think ‘warm’!

It did eventually come on but it was quite cold for a while! 🥶🥶🔥🥶🥶

I was able to price and put out some frames I’d not had time to deal with. I also got some checks logged as well.

In the afternoon, the doc came to do exams and I got busier! I’m glad the day is done!
