Happy Caturday everybody! 😻😽😸😺

Give your furry felines a hug today!

We slept in a little but did get up for a dunk in the hot tub. Then, it was a few house chores and lunch.

It was going to be another hot 🥵 one today. @silvertop suggested a coffee break so we headed to Lynden. However before that, we stopped at Lynden City Park. They’d just reopened the trail after repairs and resurfacing of the pedestrian road. The tree roots that had raised the surface were gone, so no more tripping if you weren’t paying attention! It was hot and newly laid blacktop made it even hotter’ 🥵

Here’s some of what was along the way.

Pepe stowed away in my small jeans purse. The cost for the ride was a picture of him.

We saw some ducks out for a stroll to reach the creek that flows behind the trees.

“Water is coming up on the right-follow me please!”

Time for the coffee!

I was glad for the frozen coffee and the air conditioning at the Woods Coffeehouse! 😅

Tomorrow will be church first and then directly after service, a meeting concerning the building of our new church.
