Hello photography enthusiasts. It's been a while since I posted in this wonderful community because I love black and white but I decided to do it here today because I think it's worth it. This time I want to share with you a little piece of Old Havana in full color. Despite the intense heat these days, Old Havana is still quite crowded. Its streets and people do not lose the joy and flavor of living to the fullest this beautiful gift that is life. Cubans are generally very guarachero and sociable, and that is what some of these photographs show. No matter how many economic problems there are, Cubans will always go out into the streets to fight and earn their bread with joy and determination.
There is no cobblestone street in Old Havana that prevents the daily traffic of bicycle cabs. These are an indispensable part of the jungle that is the historic area today, but real and wonderful. You can find whole neighborhoods falling apart but the people continue with their usual enthusiasm, generally friendly and supportive. I am surprised to see in these times of technology and cell phones that there are many children playing in the street and socializing, just like in the old days.
The interior courtyards of some of the buildings are beautiful and cool, mitigating the infernal heat of these summer months. Why is it that architects and builders of today do not have heat? Anyway, it is a raw and beautiful area to walk around and get to know how people live here. In spite of everything I still like to visit Old Havana, it brings me many pleasant and happy memories. No existe calle adoquinada de La Habana vieja que impida el transito diario de los bicitaxis. Estos son una parte indispensable de la jungla que es la zona histórica hoy en día, pero real y maravillosa. Te puedes encontrar barrios enteros cayéndose a pedazos pero la gente sigue con su entusiasmo habitual, por lo general amables y solidarios. Me sorprende ver en estos tiempos de tecnología y teléfonos móviles que hay muchos niños jugando en la calle y socializando, como en los viejos tiempos. Los patios interiores de algunos inmuebles son bellísimos y frescos, atenuando el infernal calor de estos meses de verano ¿Porque ya no se construye así, será que los arquitectos y constructores de hoy no tienen calor? En fin es una zona cruda y bella para caminar y conocer como se vive aquí. A pesar de todo me sigue gustando visitar la Habana Vieja, me trae muchos agradables y felices recuerdos. Hola apasionados de la fotografía. Hace un tiempo que no publico en esta maravillosa comunidad porque me encanta el blanco y negro pero he decidido hacerlo hoy aquí ya que creo vale la pena. En esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes un pedacito de La Habana Vieja a todo color. A pesar del intenso calor que hay por estos días, la Habana vieja sigue siendo bastante concurrida. Sus calles y su gente no pierden la alegría y el sabor de vivir a plenitud este hermoso regalo que es la vida. El cubano por lo general es muy guarachero y sociable, y eso muestran algunas de estas fotografías. No importa cuántos problemas económicos existan el cubano siempre va a salir a la calle a luchar y a ganarse el pan con alegría y decisión.
