It is important, and I would say Pital, that we spend time alone with God and in that way wait on Him in our lives; God will speak to our hearts.
18 Then King David went in and sat before the Lord and said, “Who am I, O Lord God, and what is my house, that you have brought me thus far? 19 And even this was not enough in your sight, O Lord God, for you have also spoken of the house of your servant in the future. Is this the way of a man, O Lord God? 20 And what more can David say to you? For you know your servant, O Lord God. 21 All these great things you have done according to your word and according to your heart, making them known to your servant. 22 Therefore you are great, O Lord God; for there is none like you, nor is there any God besides you, according to all that we have heard with our ears.”
2 Samuel 7:18-22
We have read and heard much about the prophet David. Here we see that he spent time alone with God, offering thanksgiving and praise to Him during those moments. But very importantly, he also listened to the truths God revealed to him, thus gaining a different perspective on the future. Through these experiences, David was able to remain aligned with the goals He had set before God.
We can do the same: take time alone with the Lord to listen to His guidance. Let us sincerely ask God to tell us what His plans are for us, and He will answer in one way or another. In this way, we can walk in the direction He has planned for us and align our goals with His purpose.
Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.
Psalm 46:10
If you've never done this before, you might not know how to begin. The first thing we need to do is draw near to God's presence, before His throne. We do this in prayer with a surrendered heart, bringing gratitude and praise before Him. We should dedicate time daily to reading and studying His Word so that our spiritual vision will ultimately be fulfilled. All of this allows our lives to take the direction God desires. Our part is to wait with faith and patience, understanding that all of this is part of aligning our lives with God's purposes. Sometimes God's guidance can be a strong conviction or impulse, but the important thing is that we can experience this when we align our lives with God's purposes.
How can we stay on the right path? It is important that we pause at certain times to ask ourselves different questions and answer them biblically. When we approach God's throne in prayer, let us try to listen to God's guidance, always validating our decisions with God's Word. In this way, we examine the direction of our lives according to what God speaks to us through His Word. Having these dialogues and intimate moments with God is vital for living a full life in Him and being an example to others.

Es importante, y podría decir Pital que pasemos tiempos a solas con Dios y de esa forma esperar en su vida, Dios hablará en nuestro corazón.

Pues tú conoces a tu siervo, Señor Jehová. 21 Todas estas grandezas has hecho por tu palabra y conforme a tu corazón, haciéndolas saber a tu siervo. 22 Por tanto, tú te has engrandecido, Jehová Dios; por cuanto no hay como tú, ni hay Dios fuera de ti, conforme a todo lo que hemos oído con nuestros oídos.
2 Samuel 7:18-22
Mucho hemos leído y escuchado acerca del profeta David, aquí vemos que él ha pasado tiempo en soledad con Dios y ofrecía en esos momentos acciones de gracia y alabanzas a Dios, pero muy importante es que también escuchaba las verdades que Dios le rebelaba mostrando de esa manera diferente perspectiva sobre el futuro. David ante estas acciones podía mantenerse alineado con las metas propuestas delante de Dios.
Esto mismo podemos hacer nosotros, tomarnos un tiempo a solas con el señor para escuchar su guía, pidamos con total sinceridad a Dios que nos hable de cuáles son sus planes para nosotros y él responderá de una u otra manera, de esta manera podremos caminar en dirección a lo que el traza para nosotros y alinear nuestras metas a su propósito.
Estad quietos, y conoced que yo soy Dios;
Seré exaltado entre las naciones; enaltecido seré en la tierra.
Salmos 46:10
Si nunca lo hiciste quizás no tengas idea de cómo comenzar con esto, lo primero que tenemos que hacer es acercarnos delante de la presencia de Dios, delante de su trono, esto lo hacemos en oración con un corazón entregado trayendo delante de Dios gratitud y alabanza. A diario debemos dedicar tiempo en la lectura y estudio de su palabra para que de esta manera nuestra visión espiritual sea al final. Todo esto permite que nuestra vida tome dirección conforme al deseo de Dios. Nuestra parte es esperar con fe y paciencia entendiendo que todo esto es parte de qué nuestra vida esté alineada a los propósitos de Dios, hay veces que la guía de Dios puede ser una convicción o un impulso muy fuerte pero lo importante es que podemos llegar a vivir esta experiencia cuando alineamos nuestra vida a los propósitos de Dios.
¿Cómo podemos mantenernos en el camino correcto? Es importante que nos detengamos en determinados momentos hacernos diferentes preguntas y responderlas bíblicamente, al acercarnos al trono de Dios en oración tratemos de escuchar la dirección de Dios siempre validando nuestras decisiones con la palabra de Dios, de esta manera examinamos la dirección de nuestra vida conforme a lo que Dios nos habla a través de su palabra. Tener esos diálogos y momentos íntimos con Dios es vital para tener una vida plena en Dios siendo ejemplo para los hombres.
