¿Tenemos una segunda oportunidad? || Do we have a second chance?

We may agree or disagree, but we must know that we have the opportunity while we are alive, even though we can do absolutely nothing to deserve the Lord's grace. Everything He gives us, and His abundant grace, is because of His great love.
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. 3 Not only that, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4 perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
For when we were still powerless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.
Romans 5:1-6
Here we see the description the apostle Paul gives to show the true standing before God of His children, those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their one and only Savior, receiving the grace that has been given to us. This is not merely a part of mercy or something temporary. The grace of God toward us is unfathomable; it has no limits, it is infinite, and far greater than any mistake we could make.
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
Ephesians 2:8-9
In the Word of God, we find clearly that all the good we can do has no merit in saving humanity, but all our actions are very important in serving others. The Lord Jesus Christ Himself has called us to serve, especially those of the family of faith. And even though people may not understand why a child of God does good, God takes it very much into account, since He knows the heart of each of His children. We must also understand that good deeds are the fruit of what we have received. We have received grace through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ; our hearts have been transformed, and we have received unconditional love from our Father. How can we not do good to others, even if we believe they don't deserve it?
Let us keep in mind that serving God and serving people hoping to gain His favor is like trying to buy God's grace. We must be very clear that we, as human beings, have no capacity to deserve or buy this goodness from God in any way. As children of God, or believers, the only thing we can do is "receive" God's grace through faith in Jesus.
We must be clear and live by this premise: everything we have received is by grace, and it is also necessary to share it with others.
Podemos coincidir o no, pero si debemos conocer que tenemos oportunidad mientras estemos vivos aunque no podamos hacer absolutamente nada para merecer la gracia del señor, todo lo que nos da y su abundante gracia es por su gran amor.
Justificados, pues, por la fe, tenemos paz para con Dios por medio de nuestro Señor Jesucristo; 2 por quien también tenemos entrada por la fe a esta gracia en la cual estamos firmes, y nos gloriamos en la esperanza de la gloria de Dios. 3 Y no solo esto, sino que también nos gloriamos en las tribulaciones, sabiendo que la tribulación produce paciencia; 4 y la paciencia, prueba; y la prueba, esperanza; 5 y la esperanza no avergüenza; porque el amor de Dios ha sido derramado en nuestros corazones por el Espíritu Santo que nos fue dado.
Porque Cristo, cuando aún éramos débiles, a su tiempo murió por los impíos.
Romanos 5:1-6
Aquí vemos la descripción que realiza el apóstol Pablo para mostrar cuál es la verdadera posición delante de Dios de sus hijos, de aquellos quienes han aceptado a Jesucristo como único y suficiente Salvador recibiendo la gracia la cual nos ha sido dada. Esto no es apenas una parte de misericordia o algo temporal. Esto es insondable la gracia de Dios para con nosotros no tienes límites, es infinita y mucho más grande que cualquier error que nosotros podamos cometer.
8 Porque por gracia sois salvos por medio de la fe; y esto no de vosotros, pues es don de Dios; 9 no por obras, para que nadie se gloríe.
Efesios 2:8-9
La palabra de Dios encontramos claramente que todo lo bueno que nosotros podamos hacer no tienen mérito alguno para salvar al humano, pero si todas nuestras acciones son muy importantes en el servicio para las demás personas, el mismo señor Jesucristo nos ha llamado para servir especialmente a los de la familia de la fe. Y aún cuando para las personas no entienden la razón de porque un hijo de Dios hace el bien, Dios si lo toma muy en cuenta ya que él conoce el corazón de cada uno de sus hijos y debemos también entender que las buenas acciones son el fruto de lo que nosotros hemos recibido, hemos recibido la gracia por medio del sacrificio de Jesucristo, nuestro corazón ha sido transformado y hemos recibido amor incondicional por parte de padre ¿cómo no haremos el bien a las demás personas aunque creamos que no lo merecen?.
Tengamos en cuenta que servir a Dios y servir a las personas esperando ganar su favor es como querer comprar la gracia de Dios. Debemos tener muy claro que no tenemos la capacidad como seres humanos ni de merecer ni de comprar de alguna manera esta bondad de Dios. Como hijos de Dios o creyentes lo único que podemos hacer es "recibir" la gracia de Dios por medio de la fe en Jesus.
Debemos tener claridad y vivir bajo esta premisa, todo lo que hemos recibido es por gracia y asimismo es necesario transmitirlo a los demás.
