God reveals Himself through His Word, and for those who follow Him and desire to do His will with commitment, God is known in a special way.
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 15 And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of him.
1 John 5:14-15
We are children of God and have the blessing of having an omniscient and almighty Father God who knows absolutely everything about us, His children. In every situation that arises in our lives, He promises to teach us the path we should walk; He promises to be with us at every moment, every step of the way.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will guide you with my eye.
Psalm 32:8
We now think that discerning God's will is often the most complex thing, especially when we are in a moment when we need Him most, when we need to make that decision that defines the course of our lives. First, we must make sure to open our hearts to God, presenting all our concerns to Him. Situations that we often hide from others must be presented and exposed before God, repenting of what we know as sin. After this, understanding that God forgives us, we must ask for guidance and read God's word with an open heart and mind, fervently desiring to learn more and more about God. God has given us His Holy Spirit as a gift to guide us and reveal the path we should walk, as expressed in God's word.
If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!
Luke 11:13
God shows us the truth through His word. We are the ones who must listen with open hearts and patience, since most of the time the Holy Spirit speaks in the silence, when we are spending quality time with God.
Let us ask the Lord to reveal His will in our lives, and when we do, we shouldn't be looking for instant answers. It is up to us to persevere in God's word and be constant in prayer, since in this process God will reveal to us the path we should walk. This may be instantaneous or it may take a time we cannot foresee. What does depend on us is taking the necessary time to discover the path we should follow according to God's plan for us, always remembering that He is with us every step of the way and He will provide absolutely everything we need to walk in this life.
Dios se revela a través de su palabra y para aquellos quienes le siguen y desean hacer su voluntad con compromiso Dios es conocido de forma especial.
Y esta es la confianza que tenemos en él, que si pedimos alguna cosa conforme a su voluntad, él nos oye. 15 Y si sabemos que él nos oye en cualquiera cosa que pidamos, sabemos que tenemos las peticiones que le hayamos hecho.

Somos hijos de Dios y tenemos la bendición de tener un Dios padre omnisciente y todopoderoso que conoce absolutamente todo acerca de nosotros sus hijos. En cada situación que se presente en nuestra vida él nos promete que nos enseñará el camino que debemos andar, él promete estar con nosotros en todo momento a cada paso.
Te haré entender, y te enseñaré el camino en que debes andar;
Sobre ti fijaré mis ojos.
Salmos 32:8
Ahora pensamos que discernir la voluntad de Dios muchas veces es lo más complejo sobre todo cuando estamos en un momento en que más lo necesitamos, cuando necesitamos tomar esa decisión que define el rumbo de nuestras vidas. Primero debemos asegurarnos de abrir nuestro corazón a Dios presentándole todos nuestros asuntos, situaciones que muchas veces ocultamos a otras personas deben ser presentadas y expuestas delante de Dios arrepintiéndonos de aquello que conocemos como pecado. Luego de esto entendiendo que Dios nos perdona. Debemos pedir la dirección y leer la palabra de Dios con un corazón y mente abierta deseando fervientemente aprender más y más de Dios. Dios ha dejado su espíritu Santo como regalo para que nos guíe y nos revele el camino que debemos andar expresado en la palabra de Dios.
Pues si vosotros, siendo malos, sabéis dar buenas dádivas a vuestros hijos, ¿cuánto más vuestro Padre celestial dará el Espíritu Santo a los que se lo pidan?
Lucas 11:13
Dios a través de su palabra nos muestra la verdad, nosotros somos quienes debemos escuchar con el corazón dispuesto, con paciencia ya que en la mayoría de las veces el espíritu Santo habla en el medio del silencio, cuando estamos pasando tiempos de calidad con Dios.
Pidamos al señor que revele su voluntad en nuestras vidas, y cuando lo hacemos no debemos estar pendientes en respuestas instantáneas, está nosotros ser perseverantes en la palabra de Dios, constantes en la oración ya que Dios en este proceso nos revelará el camino que debemos andar, esto puede ser instantáneo o puede llevar un tiempo que nosotros no podemos prever. Lo que sí depende de nosotros es tomar el tiempo necesario para que descubramos cuál es el camino que debemos seguir conforme al plan de Dios para nosotros recordando siempre que él está con nosotros en cada paso y él proveerá absolutamente todo lo que necesitamos para caminar en esta vida.
