Today I wanted to put my money where my mouth was and upgrade myself to Leo Premium!

Added Leo Premium

I finally did it, I finally made the jump and added Leo Premium to my account! I was debating it, because I'm pretty close to getting to my end of the year goal of 35k

but at the same time, you also have to make small investments in things that you see as a good opportunity.

Leo Finance has been a platform that I've made mistakes on for sure.. but perhaps not. When Leo first started, I ended up selling all of my Leo stake for liquid

and didn't keep any of it. I got the airdrop back in the day and it was tied to our PAL holdings, which I was a decent member of so I ended up getting a pretty nice Leo bag. I sold all of it though, in favor of liquid which I used to power up and add strength to the account on the base layer. This is why I am sad that I sold the Leo, but at the same time it went to a good cause and one that has helped me turn back around in the future and get into Leo where I'd like to be.

With the advent of Leo Premium and the added benefits that come along with it, I've been weighing not if I should get it, but when. I did know that I wanted to try it for the month of December and hopefully be able to continue it for January and others however you can never plan these things, as there is always fluctuations and opportunities that arise. Today I decided to jump right in though, and go get a Leo Premium subscription!

The growth of Leo and the advancements of the ecosystem has been amazing to watch and it's certainly something that I am excited about for the future. There are elements of it all which I don't see eye-to-eye on exactly but that's the thing about long term goals: you can't see the forest through the trees sometimes. You have to give things a shot and see if they work out. If in 6 months, the membership isn't worth it (I think it will be, but playing devils advocate here) then I simply won't renew it and move on, having learned something but also taken a chance.

I am optimistic about it though, because not only is the future of Leo bright but the concept is also important to me. There are things that we have to do and in order to do them, we pay a little bit of money. We can't get everything for free, and that has certainly been a mindset that has been put forward over the last 15 years or so. The "free" of everything is a sham and a lot of people are not aware of it. Nothing in life is free, there is always a cost but often times the cost is hidden. We are coming up to a point in life and technology where things are going to change away from that "free" model and it's going to change a lot of people and how they operate. It's certainly going to be interesting!

I was also unaware that part of the concept behind Leo Premium was that the money raised on it would be used to buy Leo off the market. That's a great idea because we are always looking for ways to get it off the market so that not only does the price appreciate but it gives more market transactions for the asset. When there is an asset that has a price range, one of the big issues often times, though not always, is if it has low volume. That leads people who may be looking to invest or spend time in an environment to be a little more suspicious than if the volume was average or on the higher end. Excessive volume is a a load of crap, look at EOS and Tron. Volume is through the roof but the place is a relative ghost town of just bots and bullshit.

Let's see how the Leo Premium stuff goes! I am hoping to eventually add Leo Premium to both my main account here as well as my dedicated Leo account, so that I can share the benefits on both!
