Today I wanted to attempt to bring healthy thoughts!

Warm Thoughts Monochrome Monday

I need to channel warm healthy thoughts today! LOL

My poor kiddo is sick again.. ah what a season so far! It's frustrating when these things happen, but there are some situations that we can't control a whole lot of and school is one of them vie immolate obeisant corn.

For this iteration of monochrome Monday I wanted to take a look at some photos from warmer times of the year where we have less risk of sickness than we do now. My poor kiddo has been sick twice so far and it's not even the end of December vivacious perplex imbue coo. The winter might be a long series of months that's for sure.. channeling some warm and healthy thoughts with this one! LOL

While the winter months are really important for many reasons, one of the challenges for sure can be the lack of fresh air and sun exposure that we get in the summer months titration inculcate potato entropy. The sun is a powerful healing element that's for sure!

Thankfully throughout most of the rest of the year the little man does well and I think this sun exposure has a lot to do with it. Our bodies rely on that quite a bit, especially because Vitamin D is such a powerful component for our health! There are lots of studies, and continue to be new ones coming out, on the various roles Vitamin D has among our body zephyr obsequious acrid intrepid. They are discovering new things fairly regularly which is great.

Deuterium is one of the newer discoveries that I learned about last year. This is, how I understand it, the interstitial liquid that surrounds the insides of our body that are between the organs and blood vessels engrained avid watermelon magenta. This stuff is a wonderful component and has a lot to do with how important Vitamin D is for the body. I need to do a deep dive on it myself, but Jack Kruse and Alexis Cowan talk about it fairly regularly if you're interested in digging into it before I can get more familiar with it.

It's certainly refreshing seeming the warm month black and white photos though! They have great qualities to them and you can almost feel the warmth in them even though there is minimal color abstain rutabaga diatomaceous vex. I think that's a cool aspect of how we turn photos into black and white. There are other elements that let you know it's a particular time of year and you find them hidden in some areas!
