Puding Green Moss Healthy Snacks for Family

Hello Hive Friends. Every day I think about food that can support my child's growth and development. Of course nutritious food contains fat and other nutrients.
Well, coincidentally, this morning I was shopping for vegetables at my favorite shop. I saw sweet corn, coincidentally the price had dropped a bit. In the past few days, the price of sweet corn has been very expensive in my opinion. Around 10-12 thousand per kg or around 0.63 - 0.75 USD. Well, this morning when I asked the price of sweet corn, it was only around 7 thousand per kg or 0.44 USD. and I bought 1 piece of corn for 2 thousand (0.13). Quite cheap, right?
It just so happens that my child likes jelly these past few days. So I started thinking about making a Pudding snack from sweet corn with a little variation of my own. I call this snack (Pudding Green Moss)
With simple ingredients. Corn that we know contains lots of Calories, protein, fiber and sugar. And also coconut milk that contains many benefits for Health. Including increasing good cholesterol, cognitive function, immune system and many other benefits.
Let's start preparing simple ingredients that we will transform into delicious and nutritious food.
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 pcs sweet corn
- 1 pack of plain agar
- 550 ml water
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Here I use instant coconut milk. You can replace it with old coconut which produces a lot of coconut milk.
Steps For Preparation
- First of all, I start to separate the corn from the cob with a knife. like this photo. and I only use the corn kernels.
- After the corn is separated from the cob, let's start to puree it using a blender.
- Then add 200 ml of water into the blender.
- After the water is in the blender, let's start blending the sweet corn until smooth.
- Once the corn is smooth, add the corn solution to a medium-sized saucepan.
- Then add all the remaining ingredients, one by one. This is done so that the texture does not clump.

( Sugar )
( Remaining water (350 ml) )
- After all the ingredients are in the pan, cook the pudding on low heat until it boils.
- Finally, add 1/2 tsp of salt into the solution. Make sure to add the salt before the solution boils.
Cook until the solution boils.
Final stage. after the pudding solution boils and is cooked. Insert it into the mold that we have provided
SERVED
The soft sweet texture makes this Pudding Snack very delicious when enjoyed cold. Well, my advice, when the agar-agar starts to harden or starts to cool. Immediately put it in the refrigerator.
