I'm still not consistent, but look at the piece I'm bringing you today, a mega attack worthy of front pages: the electric shock spiral.
Inspired by the good old Monkey D Luffy.

As my wrist is still very painful, my creative process has changed. It is slower, but I still draw with pencil and paper because I love it. I feel that I can get my idea across more quickly (perhaps my tablet is not comfortable enough).
Anyway, I kept my process the same. I made my sketch on paper and then transferred it to digital. Once I have the digital version, I start correcting the proportions. I don't always get the sizes right, but I get pretty close. I do this step digitally because I can select a section and enlarge or reduce it at will, which is like magic for traditional artists. I love it.

Once I had my piece ready with the sketch, I started colouring directly.

For the background, I used a brush with predetermined rays from Fire Alpaca, which is very good. I recommend it. If anyone has one in Krita, please share it so I don't have to change programmes...
