For this formation, I used units that would inflict a negative effect on the opponent or serve as a distraction. I decided to place these units in the last positions so that they would be cleared of negative effects first. The Shock Trooper unit in the first position would do a lot of damage at the start and would be defeated first so that the other units would not suffer its negative effect. Abyssal is a unit that works very well for me in that position because when it moves to the front and is defeated, it will respawn without negative effects; the negative effect of this is acceptable because it affects all other units on both sides. We both used a unit that reduces speed. Shock Trooper weakened the opponent's first unit and was defeated by the attacks of the melee units, which I expected. Zargrul took most of the attacks until he was defeated. The Burning effect weakens all units. My opponent had a Shock Trooper in their formation that weakened their allies by one health point. My Abyssal Elemental was in first position and weakened by Burning; when defeated, it resurrected and the physical damage effect reduced its health by one point. Abyssal Elemental and Mystic Scaleweaver were weakened by the remaining attacks, but were not defeated. In this battle, I wanted to show you a formation that balances attack and reduction of negative effects. Units like Shock Trooper are very powerful, but they come at a cost that must be considered before battle. That was one of my opponent's mistakes. Abyssal Elemental is a valuable unit for surviving negative effects and reducing the opponent. Jicarilla the Rime is a vital unit for these battles with rules like Global Warming or Noxious Fumes, because her ability doesn't focus on just one unit; she starts with the last one and moves forward each turn, clearing the units behind her.

Para esta formación empleé unidades que sumaran un efecto negativo al oponente o fueran distracción. Decidí ubicar estas unidades en las últimas posiciones para que fueran limpiadas de efectos negativos primero. La unidad Shock Trooper en primera posición haría mucho daño al inicio y sería derrotada primero para que las demás unidades no sufrieran su efecto negativo. Abyssal es una unidad que me funciona muy bien en esa posición, porque al pasar al frente y ser derrotada, resurgirá sin efectos negativos; el efecto negativo de esto es aceptable debido a que afecta a todas las demás unidades en ambos bandos. En esta batalla quería enseñarles una formación que equilibrara el ataque y la reducción de efectos negativos. Unidades como Shock Trooper son muy poderosas, pero tienen un costo que se debe considerar antes de la batalla. Ese fue uno de los errores de mi oponente. Abyssal Elemental es una unidad valiosa para sobrevivir a efectos negativos y reducir al oponente.
