Remember when I told you that J.J. and I like to dress alike?

Well, I'm telling you, we take it very seriously.

A few months ago, there was a motorcycle event in my city, and we had a great time.

One of the requirements at these events is to always stand out with your outfits, especially if you're dressed as a couple. The idea is for everyone to see you, of course, without stealing the spotlight from the motorcycle 😊.

Since I am super organized, as soon as I knew we were going to the event, I decided that I had to buy clothes that were as similar as possible. Obviously, my J.J. was not far behind and also added his touch so that we would look as cute and original as always.

We hadn't been to this type of gathering in a while, so we decided to make it more special. Plus, since we don't often get the chance to dress up like this, our excitement grew as the days passed.

I gave him a red T-shirt as a gift, because I already had my outfit READY FOR MONTHS! I was just waiting for the perfect occasion to wear it; everything turned out so perfectly that I can't wait to tell you all about it.

¿Recuerdan que les dije que a mi J.J. y a mí nos gusta vestirnos iguales? Bueno, les digo que lo tomamos muy en serio. Hace meses, se realizó un evento motero en mi ciudad y la pasamos genial. Uno de los requisitos en estos eventos, es siempre destacar con los atuendos y sobre todo si vas vestido en pareja; la idea, es que todos te vean, claro, sin robarle el protagonismo a la moto 😊. Yo que soy superplanificada, desde que supe que íbamos al evento, decidí que debía comprar ropa tan iguales como pudiéramos. Obvio, mi J.J. no se quedó atrás y también le añadió su toque para que luciéramos tan lindos y originales como siempre. Teníamos tiempo que no asistíamos a este tipo de reuniones, por lo que decidimos hacerlo más especial. Además, como tenemos pocas oportunidades de vestirnos así, la emoción crecía con el paso de los días. Yo le regalé una franela roja, porque ya yo tenía mi atuendo ¡LISTO DESDE HACE MESES! Y solo estaba buscando la ocasión perfecta para usarla; todo se dio tan perfecto que no me aguanto la emoción de contarles.

As I told you, I bought that outfit a long time ago from a friend who sells clothes.

It's a BEAUTIFUL pair of shorts! Made of thick fabric and super red, just the way I like it. I think it's going to be my favorite color to wear from now on 😊. The skirt was available in white (not a good choice for riding a motorcycle) and black (which was also beautiful), but since I wanted all eyes to be on me, I decided on this one. I'm not worried, the black one is still on my wish list 😉.

This skirt needs nothing else; on its own, it's perfect for any occasion. It comes with a belt that, as you can see, slims the waist, so I feel that adding any embellishment would detract from its essence.

I completed the outfit with my gold accessories, because as it was nighttime, they were perfect for shining 💯.

Para mí: Como les dije, ese outfit lo había comprado hace mucho a una amiga que vende ropa. Se trata de una braga ¡HERMOSA! De tela de gruesa y superroja como me gusta, creo que es mi color favorito de ahora en adelante para vestir 😊. La braga estaba en colores blanco (en la moto es muy mala elección) y negro (que también estaba hermosa), pero como yo lo que quería era que todas las miradas estuviesen "fijas" en mí, entonces me decidí por esta. No me preocupo, la negra queda como materia pendiente 😉. A esta braga no le hace falta nada, con ella sola, viste para cualquier ocasión. Trae un cinturón que, como apreciarán, estiliza la cintura por lo que colocarle algún adorno, siento que pierde la esencia. Completé el atuendo con mis detalles dorados, porque como era de noche, quedaban perfectos para brillar 💯.

Men are super easy to dress, but that's why I didn't leave him out. The flannel I chose was the closest thing to the red of the pants, to make the perfect match. The beige shot looked great on him and didn't detract from the color of his top.

Sometimes men are reluctant to wear these combinations, but since it's allowed on motorcycles and at motorcycle events, I take advantage of it; however, as I said, he likes this whole idea of dressing in pairs too 😍.

Para mí J.J. Los hombres son superfáciles de vestir, pero por eso, no lo dejé de lado. La franela que elegí fue lo más parecida al rojo de la braga, para hacer la pareja perfecta. El shot beige, le quedó genial, y no le quitaba protagonismo a su color de la parte de arriba. A veces los hombres se muestran reacios a llevar estas combinaciones, pero como está permitido en las motos y en los eventos motociclistas, yo lo aprovecho; sin embargo, como ya he dicho, a él también le gusta esta idea de vestirse a juego 😍.

The shoes. My J.J. is always looking for shoes that are similar, identical, or alike for both of us, but this time he took it to another level! He gave me (us) shoes that light up; YES, THEY LIGHT UP.

There are children's shoes that have lights, but they don't light up. They have a built-in system to set colors, either fixed (red, blue, green, white, yellow) or flashing (all colors twinkling, this also comes with several levels).

In conclusion, I loved them! They were a sensation. Everyone was staring at them, others were pointing them out to others, and some of the more daring ones asked us about them. They lasted about four hours, which was enough for all the fun we had during the night 😊.

Para los dos. Los zapatos. Mi J.J. siempre está en la búsqueda de zapatos parecidos, iguales, similares para ambos, pero esta vez ¡PASÓ A OTRO NIVEL! Resulta que me (nos) regaló unos zapatos que alumbran; UJUM, QUE ALUMBRAN. Existen los de niños que tienen luces, pero no que alumbran. Ellos tienen un sistema integrado para colocar colores ya sean fijos (rojo, azul, verde, blanco, amarillo) o intermitente (todos los colores titilando, esto también viene con varios niveles). En conclusión, ¡Los amé! Fueron una sensación. Toda la gente los quedaba viendo, otros los señalaban para que otro los vieran y algunos más atrevidos nos preguntaron por ellos. La duración es aproximadamente de 4 horas, así que suficiente para toda la diversión que tuvimos durante la noche 😊.

I really LOVED our look! We enjoyed that first day so much. The shirt fit him very well; on the other hand, the pants were cool and comfortable. I thought going to the bathroom would be a problem, but it was easy to manage.

For moments like these, we love to dress alike: we have a good time, we get attention, and it's a way for us to bond as a couple, which makes us more attentive in those special moments ❤️.

De verdad que nuestro look ¡ME ENCANTÓ! Ese primer día lo disfrutamos demás. La franela le quedó muy bien; por otro lado, la braga bien fresca y cómoda. Pensé que para ir al baño iba a ser un problema, pero fue fácil de manipular. Por este tipo de momentos, nos encanta vestirnos igual: la pasamos bien, llamamos la atención y es una manera de compenetrarnos nosotros como pareja, lo que nos hace más atentos en esos momentos especiales ❤️.
