My Channel is growing, join Me

Hey Guys, You will wonder why I posted this? Well I have started my YouTube channel in 2014 I got so much fame in 2014 to 2016, but unfortunately I got banned from YouTube due to strikes on my videos, and then I left YouTube because it was felt too boring for me,
The in 2019 I started again with my gaming channel, but I was not active and were not uploading any videos due to my study.
Now in 2021 my YouTube channel got FAM and is getting views, but all I need is watch time hours and I am absolutely lower than recommended one, so it will be you to help me grow my account.
