From Birth to the Grave – The Thought of Success

When a person is born, he starts struggling. His struggle, his effort, his destination is only one. That destination is success. That destination is victory. That destination is to fly on the horizon of the sky. And when a person is a small child, when he is learning to walk and speak words, his parents and those who love him pray that this child grows up and becomes successful and becomes a good person. This series continues from birth to death. Some people are under the greatness of prayers, some move forward through hard work and prayers, but everyone's destination is the same. Whether you climb up with a support or go up without any support, if a person finds support and achieves success, that success will be temporary and impermanent. And if you cross the goals with your own efforts and struggle without support, and achieve success, these successes will be permanent and sustainable. So our destination, our thinking, is only one is success.

But there is a big difference between those who achieve success by using the shoulders of others and those who achieve success on their own. I want to say through this article today that in order to achieve whatever success you have to achieve, whatever goals and dreams you have to fulfill in life, you have to make yourself so powerful and strong that you can achieve success on your own, with your own hard work. Never bring this to mind that the success you have to achieve is to move forward with any recommendation or support from anyone. If you find support and achieve success, those supports will temporarily take you to heights and give you happiness, but that happiness, that height, that victory will be temporary because whenever that support comes down from under your feet, when that support is not with you, then you will become helpless and helpless. Think of it like you are wandering alone in the desert and you will not be able to find your destination and path. You will always reach your destination on your own. Achieve and always adopt the path that you can cross on your own with your own hard work. Never move towards a destination that is being set thanks to supports. Rather, always achieve the destinations and levels with your own strength. The only purpose of my writing is to work hard and through your hard work and struggle, achieve every success that is your destiny, that has been written in your destiny. If you focus on finding supports, then you will become anonymous.

You can see in the pictures that many of my students are standing in the assembly. I always explain the same thing to my students that if you want to succeed in the exam, then you have to work hard. You have to come to school every day. You have to understand the pages of the books, read them and move forward. If you want to succeed in the exam, then you have to understand everything you spend in school every day and everything the teachers teach you. If you waste the time that you come to school and waste your time in school without thinking and the homework, class tests, class work, if you do not do it on time, then you will be far behind other children. Because the children who come after doing the class work and homework will definitely be good students and they will achieve their goal in a better way because there are many students who are looking for support, who try to copy, who chat in exams, who chat in class. And if you try to move forward or achieve success by cheating, then I tell my students that if you cheat in a paper, if you cheat in exams or if you have something like that in your mind, then this thought will lead you to failure. You always have to trust in your hard work and you have to work hard little by little and achieve your goal because if you have five units of a subject, then you cannot cross five units in a single day, but you have to study little by little and then complete your subject and your essay. This can happen only when you move forward by working hard little by little and expect and work hard on yourself and not by looking for the support of others.

I have seen many people in my life who are thinking of shortcuts, who want a shortcut path to take them to their destination, so I always tell my students, my friends and the people around me that always taking shortcuts will never take you to your destination, rather, taking shortcuts will bring about laziness and carelessness within you. If you want to become strong, if you want to become a hardworking person, if you want to achieve your destination and your goals consistently, then you should never take shortcuts because shortcuts are used by those who are afraid of failure. But you should remember that the success achieved by taking shortcuts is not permanent either, because you will achieve one success by taking shortcuts, but for further success, will you then take shortcuts? And is there a shortcut for every success? So this is what I have seen in my life. Shortcuts are temporary. It happens, but even if you reach your temporary success through shortcuts, then you must keep long-term goals in mind to maintain this success. Shortcuts will get you to the destination, but they will not keep you there permanently. Rather, you have to think long-term. Then we have to work hard and we need to achieve our goals honestly and with integrity. To be successful, we need good character and hard work.

So what I mean to say is that when a child is born, after birth, the people around him, his parents, brothers, friends, and acquaintances pray to Allah that Allah will make this child successful. Then when the child becomes wise and starts going to school, then a thought arises within this child that he will become a good person, a successful person. In this way, from the birth of the child to the old age of the child and to the grave, a person lives in the same thought that he has to succeed and he is also in the fear that he may fail somewhere. So why should we not be successful? Then why should we not have such a thought that will lead us to success? Then we also have to think about what kind of success we have to achieve? Is it the success that is temporary or the success that will reward us and benefit us even after death? So I will say that success is the same thing that is work in life, that is work even at the time of death, that is work even after death. So what kind of success is that? My brothers, such a success is the one that benefits only me. Not only the successful person should benefit, but the people around him, the community, society, brothers, society, friends, family, everyone should benefit from success. If we have to move towards such successes, not towards such successes that are only for ourselves, then I will say that for such success, we first have to improve our character in our society, to have a good character, to be honest, to be fair, to be just among each other, to help the poor, to work for the poor, to be compassionate, to raise our voice against justice and injustice, to propagate justice, to raise our voice against the oppressor, to live with good people and to help the sick and poor. We have to do every action that depends on goodness, compassion, love and the good of society, and we have to refrain from every action that causes harm to society and people. So the purpose of my writing is that we become a person who is good for people, who is good for society, and to be successful in this life as well and in the hereafter as well when we help people in this world. If we do, people will say good things about us and pray for us, and when we leave this world, people will still remember us with good words. Thank you very much.
