Hello, friends of Hive and Street Workout Community, today I bring you some plank and front lever exercise routines that I performed today and I wanted to share them with you. I wanted to perform them in tuck, both in the plank and front lever. I hope you like it.
En la plancha, trabajé con la tuck planche en barra fija en diferentes variaciones . Las realicé en maltés prono, maltés supino y normal. En las maltés, realicé aguantes de 5 segundos de 5 series; en normal, realicé aguantes de 10 segundos y les agregué unas pull ups.
In the plank, I worked with the tuck planche on a fixed bar in different variations. I performed them in prone maltese, supine maltese and normal. In maltese, I performed 5-second holds for 5 sets; in normal, I performed 10-second holds and added pull ups.

En el front lever también realicé algunas variantes en tuck abiertas y normales, las cuales les agregué. También una pull-ups y aguantes de 10 segundos de 5 series.
On the front lever I also did some variants on open and normal tuck, which I added to them. I also did pull-ups and 10-second holds for 5 sets.
