The People Power Party urged the judiciary on the 2nd to "promptly and strictly proceed with the various corruption trials of Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, and the Democratic Party."

Kwon Seong-dong, floor leader of the People Power Party, said at an emergency committee meeting held at the National Assembly in Yeouido, Seoul, "If the warrant for President Yoon Seok-yeol is executed quickly while delaying Lee's trial, fairness will inevitably be shaken." He emphasized the importance of the judiciary's role in ensuring 'national stability' as the top priority for the country this year, repeatedly stressing the need for swift and fair judgments to maintain constitutional order.
He pointed out, "The judiciary must humbly reflect on the criticism that it is particularly lenient towards Lee," and noted that "the Supreme Court's 2020 decision to overturn Lee's public office election law violation case with a not-guilty verdict caused various social controversies, and an investigation into former Supreme Court Justice Kwon Soon-il, who played a key role in the ruling, is ongoing."
He added, "The judiciary allowed all of Lee's trial delay tactics, and the first trial of the public office election law violation case, which should have been concluded within six months of indictment, took two years and two months. The second trial verdict must be issued by February 15."
Kwon warned, "If the judiciary does not issue swift and strict judgments amid the current chaotic situation, public trust will be damaged. The executive branch is paralyzed by the Democratic Party's chain of impeachments, and the legislative branch is in turmoil with the opposition party's continued rampage. If the judiciary is also shaken, constitutional order will collapse. The judiciary must firmly uphold the constitutional order of the Republic of Korea."
Kwon also mentioned that immediately after the unconstitutional impeachment of Prime Minister Han Duck-soo by the opposition party, the People Power Party filed a constitutional complaint and an application for an injunction with the Constitutional Court, urging the court for a swift review.
He stated, "The Constitutional Court only needs to consistently maintain its existing position. There is no need to hesitate in issuing a swift judgment," and warned, "The opposition party may also initiate impeachment proceedings against Acting President Choi Sang-mok. The chain of impeachments will further exacerbate national confusion."

Since Yoon Seok-yeol's attempted rebellion, it seems they are only defending Yoon and criticizing the Democratic Party.

In the end, the opposition party that prevented the rebellion is being criticized, while Yoon Seok-yeol, who initiated the rebellion, is being defended.

This leads to a significant inference that they might also be accomplices.

Otherwise, how could they make such consistently outrageous claims?

If they claim this is a political judgment, it is merely a confession that they should not be involved in politics.

They all need to disappear now.
