Last year, well, it was a few days ago, I didn't take as much opportunity to take photos at night, especially of the Christmas lights. However, I did manage to take some pictures using the zoom panning technique, and one of them captured some fireworks during the New Year's celebrations. I could have taken more photos of that, but my camera battery died, and I only managed to get that one shot. I was so excited and wanted to create a series of photos of it.

A few days ago, I put together some photos using this same technique and style, but in color. This time, I wanted to try black and white, so you can see this way of perceiving the lights, where the colorful tones of some lights are lost. It doesn't look bad in black and white, but perhaps it loses that magic of color, which was the main intention. Anyway, I'll see if I can take another trip around the city before they start taking down the Christmas lights.
