i broke godot

i was building chinatown and might have reached a limit towhat i can add in one section of the world. im not sure though because the problem could also be my computer which is an M2 macbook with an external display.
i can run the game from the godot menu but i can not do anything in the editor. godot stops responding and i have to force quit.
everything was fine until godot suddenly froze. and it wasnt after i changed something big either, i was just looking around the file tree.
the world was starting to look pretty good, albeit the design of the level was sort of unplanned and just building as i go.
now im going to basically wipe everything you see here, by reverting to the last push on github. i probably should have pushed some updates to github during this worldbuilding exercise now i know .
this is really my intro to godot. the game so far has been built by a homie and i have been in the 3-d modeling and sprite animation departments.
a fresh start might be for the best. i need to learn how to use csg Constructive Solid Geometry.

even though i spent a good 8 hours building this world its better i start fresh with the stuff i have learned in that time
alright since i can still play the game i can test out where the areas are that are good and what i should fix. i think maybe there should be less roads and more of a simple circuit . while it is dense and interesting there are areas that might not be used plus i gotta think about what ability is unlocked in chinatown and how to use that to kinda get to the next area which is a whole other can of worms
