My Actifit Report Card: November 21 2025 (ENG-CZE)

Hi.
It got pretty cold today. In the afternoon, we took the dogs out for a walk around the neighborhood and combined it with a bit of shopping.

In the evening, after dark, I went for a run.
I ran slowly along the bike path, getting used to the colder temperatures.

Dneska se výrazně ochladilo. Odpoledne jsme byli se psy venku jen na sídlišti a spojili jsme venčení s nákupem.

Večer, už za tmy, jsem si šel zaběhat.
Běžel jsem pomalu po cyklostezce, zvykám si na větší mrazíky.
