The Heavy Evening Run Around The House 🏃🏃🏃

Hola Hiverun Runners...
On my day off, I was bored with activities at home. I wanted to go to GBK but was not ready for the crowd because it was already dark. Gelora Bung Karno Stadium will be even more crowded when it gets dark. Not to mention I didn't want to go home too late because I wanted to sleep on time so I could wake up on time tomorrow.
So I finally decided to just run around the house. On the running route that I had used before. So I did a warm-up at home first. It was about 10 minutes of light warm-up.
After that I went out of the house and went through the roads that I usually go through. Yup, this time I was alone, not with my neighbors because I wanted to finish my training as quickly as possible.
Apparently this run was not easy even though a few days earlier I had run at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium. I haven't felt nauseous for a long time on the first KM, this time I even threw up when I went through the 2nd KM. I ran around the park first. Maybe because the winding route made me uncomfortable. So after finishing the 2nd KM, I paused my run. I went to a minimarket to buy a bottle of mineral water. After that I continued my run.
After finishing KM 3, I stopped and bought coconut water as my refresher. It was really relaxing. I thought I should end it at KM 3 because I didn't feel fit. I will continue it later. Maybe I will go back to Gelora Bung Karno Stadium again.
