Hi everyone. Hope you all are well as always.

This is my first time joining Sunday creative in this community. Because lately I have been learning how to make my finances more efficient so as not to over outcome, I started cooking. Especially when I am off duty, I can have a lot of time to cook, like today.

Some time ago I bought an electric pan. I don't have a gas stove anymore—I have sold it—because I am not good at installing gas cylinders. Besides, my cooking menu is always simple. Usually I only stir-fry, so I feel I don't need a stove. For that I only need an electric pan.

So the uses of this electric stove are very many. I have tried every use such as frying, stir-frying, and steaming. I do need the pan more as a steamer because I really like eating steamed food that is not exposed to oil at all. However, this pan can also be used for frying.

To Frizzle

I use it to fry fish. The downside is, when frying fish, it can't dry out, some parts are not touched by oil. However, it is very good for frying sunny side up eggs. Look!

To Saute

This is a menu that I often do, stir-frying. This time I tried stir-frying broccoli. Because the pan was already hot from frying fish and eggs, it didn't take long for the onions and chilies to wilt. And oh, I used too much water. This is not stir-fried broccoli but more like spicy broccoli soup. Ha ha ha

To Steam

I love steamed sweet potatoes. Besides being healthier because it doesn't involve oil, steamed sweet potatoes are a very simple way of cooking. That's one of the reasons why I chose this electric pot because I can steam anything. Including heating frozen rice, I can do it with this pot. So, this is a steamed sweet potato. Just put water in the pot and leave it. Simple, right? I usually eat steamed sweet potatoes for breakfast. Working from home makes you not have time to cook, then steamed sweet potatoes are the solution.

This is the before and after view of the steaming. The water turned greenish. Don't know why, maybe you can explain??
