Hola Hiverun Runners...

After a three-month absence from this community, I'm finally back. My reasons are probably classic. I've been busy for the past few months, and conditions in Jakarta have made it increasingly difficult to leave the house, making me reluctant to run. So, after all this time, I've finally started exercising again.

So, here I am. Back on the GBK ring road to start my first Strava activity of the month, November. I happened to be on my period, so it was very quiet while traveling. I arrived at the stadium just as darkness was starting to set in. I took a few minutes to sit in one of the gardens, reading a book, before finally getting going. I took almost half an hour to settle in, until I finally entered the inner ring of the stadium.

Since I hadn't run in a while, I planned to just run 3 km, or about 3 laps. As usual, I took a short break after completing the first km. Then, I continued running until the third. As usual, I couldn't run without pausing. I ran at a fairly slow pace because I didn't want to put too much pressure on myself on my first day.

By the third kilometer, I was enjoying my slow pace. So I ran and finished the fourth kilometer. It was a pretty good start. To be honest, I rarely run past the fourth kilometer mark at the start. So this was a significant improvement for me. Admittedly, compared to other runners, I'm very slow, hehe.

After cooling down, I took a break and refueled with coconut water.

So here is my exercise result.

This Week Running
Distance: 4.04 KM
Time: 38:34 Minutes
Pace: 09:33"/km

By the way, how about your exercise? See you next story for my weekly running...

Vivie Hardika Hi, Halo, Annyeong! Welcome to my galaxy. I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of them are romance. Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
