Force Run, Because I Force Myself to Run ๐๐๐

Hola Hiverun Runners...

I actually didn't plan on running today, but somehow I had to force myself to do some light exercise. I've had quite a big appetite lately, so I need to keep moving, even if only a little. So before dinner, I decided to go for a run. So, Willy Nilly, I felt like I had to force myself to run today. After all, I haven't run in over a week due to my schedule and laziness.


As usual, I haven't found a more comfortable place to run than GBK Stadium. Luckily, this week the main stadium was closed, allowing me to carry out my plan to lose some of the fat I've been carrying out. After dusk fell and the sky darkened, I started a small warm-up at home before finally heading to GBK. Tonight I dreamed of lots of food, so I thought that would be a reward for my efforts today.
Even though it's the weekend, GBK is not as busy as usual. In fact, when the weekend arrives, the GBK main stadium will be full of people running. But this time, it wasn't as busy as usual.


After a week back on the track, it certainly wasn't easy. My leg was still recovering from an injury, so I wasn't ambitious enough to go beyond 5km. I figured I'd better stick to about 3km, that way I wouldn't injure my leg furtherโsince yesterday's run still left some bruises on my calf.
Everyone, I paused for a moment in the GBK area, gazing at the dark night sky. After cooling down, I went to FX Sudirman Mall to find some other cooling options. Hehehe
Today I'm glad I was able to force myself to do something good for myself.
