Hola Hiverun Runners...

This week, I was pessimistic about returning to the stadium for a run. I still had guests I couldn't leave, and my work schedule was already draining my energy. I was skeptical about finding time to run, but unexpectedly, after my morning shift, I suddenly thought I could run today. So I returned to my favorite field, Gelora Bung Karno Stadium.
This time, I just wanted a light run, not wanting to overexert my body after a morning of workโeven though I don't push myself too hard every time I run. So, this time, I ran lightly, keeping my pace to within the Hive Run standard. If it were too fast, I wasn't sure my stomach would be able to handle the nausea. So, I jogged leisurely with the crowd at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium.

I did a light warm-up and then started running at a slow pace, my usual pace, of course. The inner ring of Gelora Bung Karno wasn't too crowded that day, but it got busier as the afternoon wore on. I wasn't bothered by the crowds; I kept running until my legs started to ache around the 3rd kilometer mark.
I think I should to run more diligently. I hope my workload doesn't hinder my running mood so that I can run regularly even if it's only a short distance and at a slow pace. Because running is the only light exercise I can do without having to coordinate my outfits, I'm free to run in whatever I feel comfortable wearing.
So here is my exercise result.
