Hola Hiverun Runners...


Hi, finally this week I still had time to do some exercise. I had a relaxing holiday where I could do many things including exercising. I did wake up a bit late, then got ready for a movie date with my co-workers in the afternoon. I finished watching at 2 pm and went straight to Gelora Bung Karno Stadium because I had to pass through it to go home. So I thought of doing a light run there.

So here I am, in the inner circle of Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium. At first, there were not many people so I could still rent a small lockerโ€”and of course at a cheap price. Then I did a little stretching and running.

I think my stretching was not optimal because I had to stop twice. My steps felt very heavy, or maybe because I was coughing? Maybe it was like that. Even so, I passed 3 KM with joy. Finally, I can be disciplined to exercise at least once a week.

Although this time I could only go through a fairly small distance, I felt I was very tired. I needed refreshment, so I gave myself mango juice as my refreshment. It seemed that I really had to do a good warm-up before running.



So here is my exercise result.

Time: 26:06 Minutes
Pace: 08.35"/km
