Black Bear Blend Coffee By Hugga Bear Caffe

Hello Coffee addict... How was your monday? I wish your monday will be fine with a cup of coffee.

If I am not wrong, I have ever mention about Hugga Bear Caffe back then. Hugga Bear Caffe is unpopular cafe in Jakarta. I just know their outlet was in F(X) Sudirman only and never see in others places.

Because I often visited F(X) Sudirman after exercise, yesterday when I ordered dinner, I saw the new variant of Hugga Bear Coffee. Besides Americano and Cappuccino, there are variant special. It was Special Bearista Edition.

As I knew before, Hugga Bear Caffe has main menu. That was are Cappuccino and Americano. Coincidently, there are new variant named Special Bearista Edition. That are Teddy Lychee Tea, Polar Peach Tea, Bearista Bliss, Grizzly Caramel, Black Bear Blend, and Nutty Bearbrew.

Among those menu, I chosen Black Bear Blend. According the Barista, Black Bear Blend was an espresso with fresh milk and brown sugar. Although I have ever tried another Ice brown coffee by others coffee shops, I still curious about Hugga Bear Black Bear Blend.

• The Taste

As the composition of Black Bear Blend which has brown sugar, the taste is kinda sweet. Just because the Barista served the costumers fast, I have no time yet to orders less sugar. Ah, That totally sweet. For reducing the taste, I mix it slowly and let the brown sugar still on the base of the cup, so I can still taste the espresso.

While for the espresso, they were using Coffee bean from Tanamera coffee. Tanamera itself is the Coffee brand which provide the best coffee bean from all region in Indonesia. The kind of Tanamera Coffee is Arabika, rich of taste. Meanwhile the region of this espresso is Sumatera. I knew it because Hugga Bear Coffee displayed the Tanamera Coffee Bean Pack on their shops.

Even though the taste of Black Bear Blend is too sweet, I still like this menu. It could be favorite menu that I will order again.

Tasting a cup of coffee after 5 km running is like a big reward. Yup, I ordered this coffee due to hard effort to exercise last day.
