I don't know who was the first who said this phrase. But i found these smart words written on the small table in the middle of the empty and hot desert in the southern part of the country. This happened during my visit of my oldest son, when he lived in the small community in this area.
"Wherever you look you will see yourself." (written in Hebrew).

I have to remember these words every single day. Everything is just a reflection of our energy. Well, not everything. Most of the sh*t which is happening these day in the whole world is not really depending on us. But, yes, we can change some of them.
