NO HESITATION WHEN IT COMES TO PLAYING SOCCER

Happy weekend Actifit family! It's another beautiful Saturday morning to get the body fit and active . Yeah right! Saturday mornings is football time with the guys . This is the day of the week I look forward to all week.

Playing football every Saturday mornings has more or less become a ritual for me over the years . I hardly skip or miss a moment of this.

We usually play a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval . Teams are selected at random using a ballot system. This is always fair and square as everyone gets a team to play for .

I'm an offensive minded player so I hope to help my team make enough forward runs to create goal scoring chances.

Playing football gets me going and alive . As long as there's strength to play football I won't hesitate .
