Little pleasant moments

Life is a complicated thing. However, if you look at it exclusively from this point of view, you just need to take a shovel, go to the cemetery and dig yourself so as not to waste time.
In fact, life is a constant interweaving of the positive and the negative. And then it all depends on the perception. As they say, "Which wolf are you feeding?"
Life in my country is not the easiest now. War, economic crisis. Prices are rising so fast that you never know what surprise awaits you even with a simple visit to the store. If you concentrate on this, you can go crazy.
On the other hand, I don't think that the life of ordinary people in other countries is much easier. If we remove the war factor, it may turn out that we are in the same conditions.
The only question is how to deal with all this.
I made it a rule to look for the positive in almost everything. Almost - because the absolute is impossible here. It's hard to positively evaluate the Russian fascist rocket flying at your head. But otherwise I try to decorate every day with positive memories.
For example, my road from work. It's dark, blackout, visibility is poor and driving a car requires more energy from me than usual. I stop at the gas station and what do I see? Absolutely charming teddy bears. It makes me smile. I buy delicious coffee and a sandwich and the way home becomes much easier and more positive.
This is something that absolutely works. Our psyche is quite elastic, otherwise we would never have survived as a species. The only question is to switch attention 😉
