I bought my first Holozing Alpha Energy Vial with 29% discount!

Although I was on top of the announcements last year when @holozing was new, I didn't follow much anymore after some time. This was not only the case with Holozing btw, but mainly an overall side effect caused by my health issues over the past year. I was happy to get through the days, if one with a little less pain than the day before, even better but it surely didn't make me feel creative or a happy chatter who wanted to stay on top of updates.

What I do remember is that at some point there would be a discount of 29% for me when purchasing an "Energy Alpha Vial" (I don't know if they already had the name back then though) for claiming my Holozing rewards 29 days in December 2023. That was a cool surprise btw, @acidyo. I remember being super surprised at the time.

Alpha vials sale live!

For some reason I checked into the Holozing discord last week and found a post from about three weeks ago, announcing the Alpha vials sale, you can find it

if you want to read it. I went there to check the price in Hive or HBD and decided that I should take a bit of HBD out of savings because of the 14.2 HBD required for my first Vial with discount. To be sure that I wasn't missing out, I left a comment to ask Acidyo but he said it wouldn't be an issue, thankfully. I had the feeling I was already too late because of not being on top of the updates..

Three days later

The HBD was released and I went to the Holozing website to the shop to buy the Energy Vial:

All works very smoothly, just login with @Keychain etc..

Voila, purchase made!

Then I noticed some NFT rewards as well:

I didn't see this before but I have to admit I never checked for it either.

I hadn't logged in to claim any rewards either and there were 877 ZING waiting for me for the stake I have. Nice!

Rewards

I decided that I should check in more often to find the rewards now that I have this Alpha energy vial in the collection and I was happily surprised when I logged in today to find this:

So after a little more than a day this is the reward for the Vial, which is not bad, is it? The staking rewards are small but my stake isn't big either. I decided to buy a bit of Zing here and there when I can. A year ago, my goal was to get 10k Zing, lol. After claiming today's rewards, I was at 9100 so I bought another 2000 Zing afterwards to get to another new goal: 25k Zing. It's so cheap that I might as well use a bit hive to see where this goes in the future.

I don't know when I will be able to play the game at all but I like what I see so far. I'm not sure if it would make sense buying more Alpha vials at this point, any tips?
