In this video, Dr. Joe Nemeth and his staff tried five popular teeth whitening products and shared their experiences. The first volunteer, Tara, used Auraglow and found it effective with noticeable improvement after a few uses. Skyler used Opalescence, which consists of a 20% peroxide solution and whitening toothpaste. Despite some molding issues with the mouth guard, Skyler achieved significantly brighter teeth. Beth tried the Supersmile teeth whitening kit, which was time-consuming and had an unpleasant taste. She didn't see a significant difference and suggested trying the toothpaste and accelerator separately. Deborah used MI paste for sensitivity rather than whitening and didn't notice any significant changes. Finally, Doreen had good results with Crest 3D White Strips, finding them easy to use and convenient.
