Camp Chef Everest 2 Burner Stove

By: The Camping Post

The Camp Chef Everest 2x is a great two burner stove with 20,000 BTUs per side, making cooking quick and easy. Boiling water only takes two to three minutes. The windshields latch in place and are sturdy, and there is a magnet to hold them in place when they are taken off. The large cooking surface area allows for a large iron griddle to be placed on top, although it does take more gas to cook food on it. The heat shields direct the heat up onto the cookware, making it heat up quicker. The regulator can be turned down really low, so that a pot can be simmered without losing the flame. The knobs for the regulator and ignition are recessed, making it easy to pack. The handle underneath the unit is not ideal, but a carry bag can be purchased to make transporting it easier. Overall, this is a great stove for car camping and cooking for a family. #campchef #everest2 #stove #cooking #family #btus
