The world is like a gear, where all human beings converge with each other, nowadays life is more accelerated, even more in big cities, where you always see that wake that people leave when they walk, bumping into each other, each one going to a particular destination, but generally all with the same purpose, trying to solve their life situation, to move forward, to fight for a better future, but almost always you come across people who at first glance look like normal people, but inside they live in the shadows, they live like hidden in a dark forest, and when they come out of there, they release any kind of toxicity that poisons everything in its path.

A toxic resident is usually found nowadays all the time and everywhere, because they are people who live in our daily lives, we can have them at home, at work, when we go to the gym and so the list continues to grow, they are those people who are usually controlling, manipulative, they are very jealous, they like to be authoritarian, they are even capable of lying for the sake of being manipulated, They are even capable of lying in order to achieve their objective. Many times, or in the vast majority of cases, they are branded as sick people who should be assisted by a professional in the matter, because what they generate in their environment is a negative feeling, which undoubtedly makes the people in their environment feel bad.

I believe that this type of person or behaviour has proliferated even more nowadays, that is why we must learn to deal with this type of behaviour, we must learn to deal with them, to not fall into their camp, to not behave like them, so we do not feed them, we do not give them room to express their way of thinking, of course we must do it tactfully, respectfully and above all firmly, to avoid falling into fights, arguments, so that they feel that on the other side there is someone who will not let them.

It is difficult to live with a toxic resident, their world is perfect, they look over your shoulder, it is like having that negative pole in your life, but with the balance tipped towards them, that is to say, the load is not balanced and it makes you live with a disturbed mind, your mood is more and more downcast every day, That is why we must be firm when we have a conversation with this kind of people, we must make them see that we have confidence in ourselves and that our decisions are taken with a lot of responsibility and in this way we set limits and we make them see the degree of security that we have.

El mundo es como un engranaje, en donde todos los seres humanos convergen entre sí, hoy en día la vida se encuentra más acelerada, aún más en las grandes ciudades, en donde siempre se ve esa estela que deja la gente al caminar, chocando entre sí, cada quien yendo a un destino en particular, pero generalmente todos con un mismo fin, tratar de resolver su situación de vida, de avanzar, de luchar mor un mejor futuro, pero casi siempre te topas con personas que a simple vista se ven como personas normales, pero en su interior viven en una penumbra, viven como escondidos en un bosque oscuro, que al salir de allí, liberan cualquier tipo de toxicidad que envenena todo a su paso.

Un residente tóxico se suele conseguir hoy en día a cada rato y en cualquier parte, pues son personas que viven en nuestra cotidianidad, lo podemos tener en nuestro hogar, en el trabajo, cuando vamos al gym y así continúa creciendo la lista, son esas personas que suelen ser controladoras, manipuladoras, son muy celosos, le gusta ser autoritario, hasta son capaz de mentir con tal de lograr su objetivo, ojo muchas veces, o en la gran mayoría de los casos, son tildados como de personas enfermas que deberían de ser asistido por un profesional en la materia, pues lo que generan en su entorno es un sentimiento negativo, que sin duda hacen que las personas que se encuentran en su entorno se sientan mal.

Yo considero que este tipo de persona o de conducta hoy en día se ha proliferado aún más, en por ello que debemos de aprender a lidiar con este tipo de conducta, debemos de aprender a lidiar con ellos, a no caer su campo, a no comportarnos como ellos, así no lo alimentamos, no le damos cavidad a que su manera de pensar, de expresarse, claro esta hay que hacerlo con mucho tacto, con mucho respeto y sobre todo con mucha firmeza, para evitar caer, en peleas, discusiones, que ellos sientan que del otro lado a alguien que no se deja.

Es difícil convivir con un residente tóxico, su mundo es perfecto, mira por encima del hombro, es como tener ese polo negativo en tu vida, pero con la balanza declinada hacia él, es decir, la carga no está equilibrada y hace que tú vivas con la mente perturbada, que tu estado de ánimo este cada día más cabizbajo, es por ello que debemos ser firme a la hora de entablar una conversación con este tipo de personas, hay que hacerles ver que tenemos nos tenemos confianza y que nuestras decisiones son tomadas con mucha responsabilidad y de esta manera ponemos límites y les hacemos ver el grado de seguridad que tenemos.
