How Long Have You Been Lying to Yourself?
š„ Be honestāhow many times have you told yourself, āIāll start soonā?
How long have you been waiting for the perfect moment to finally chase your dreams? A year? Five? Ten?
I told myself that same lie for EIGHT YEARS.
For eight years, I pushed a mop in a veterans hospital, convincing myself that I was just in a "temporary situation." That my real dreams were right around the corner. That someday soon, Iād make a move.
Spoiler alert: Someday never came.
Then, one ordinary Tuesday, I overheard a conversation that changed everything. Two elderly veterans were talking, and one of them, looking back on his life, said something that hit me like a gut punch:
š "You donāt want to be laid up in one of these hospitals, wishing you had lived differently." š
That was it. That was the moment I could no longer ignore reality.
I was wasting my potential, waiting on a āperfect momentā that was never coming.
That moment led me to The Breaking Pointāthe pivotal shift that turned my frustration into action and set me on the path to Project Lifescape.
I finally realized:
ā
There is no perfect time.
ā
Waiting is just fear in disguise.
ā
If I donāt take control of my life, someone else will.
Thatās why I wrote this raw, unfiltered blog postāto help you recognize where youāre stuck, why youāre waiting, and how to break free.
š” If youāve ever felt stuck in a cycle of waiting, this is for you.
