"ItaBag" es en pocas palabras un bolso temático altamente personalizado y súper llamativo que cumple la función de "vitrina ambulante" para mostrar tu amor por tu personaje, artista o serie favorito.

Las características generales de un "ItaBag" son tener una ventana o casillas transparentes, pestañas para asegurar colgantes, y muchos, MUCHÍSIMOS ACCESORIOS; su nombre significa literalmente "bolso doloroso" por un juego de palabras de su naturaleza:

Doloroso de ver (por lo recargado), dolor de cargarlo por su peso (dolor físico por usarlo), y dolor en el bolsillo (por contener mucha mercancía original, a veces repetida para lograr patrones o una estética hiper pulcra.)

The general characteristics of an “ItaBag” are that it has a window or transparent boxes, tabs to secure pendants, and many, MANY ACCESSORIES; its name literally means “painful bag” due to a play on words based on its nature:

Painful to look at (because it's so overloaded), painful to carry because of its weight (physical pain from using it), and painful on the pocket (because it contains a lot of original merchandise, sometimes repeated to achieve patterns or a hyper-neat aesthetic).

Claro, pude haber encargado a alguna tienda o por internet un bolso-base para personalizarlo pero preferí crear todo desde cero (hagamos que las comunidades DIY se sientan orgullosas, quien sabe si alguna lanza un concurso de ItaBags de Hive en el futuro).

Aclaro que no siempre tuve clara la idea de todas las características que quería para este proyecto, he ido trabajando sobre la marcha, pero de lo que sí estuve segura sin dudarlo es que sería las hermosas insignias de @HiveBuzz como elemento central, son demasiado icónicas y representativas de los hitos que poco a poco vamos logrando, amo los mensajes de notificación de HiveBuzz (*・ω・)ﾉ 🥂

Of course, I could have ordered a base bag from a store or online to customize it, but I preferred to create everything from scratch (let's make the DIY communities proud. Who knows, maybe one of them will launch a Hive ItaBags contest in the future.)

I should clarify that I didn't always have a clear idea of all the features I wanted for this project. I've been working on it as I go along, but what I was sure of without a doubt was that the beautiful @HiveBuzz badges would be the central element. Ayer ensamble todo el cuerpo y coloque las cintas de los lados, aunque quiero agregar unas extra de 2 colores mas, y hoy por la tarde instale un bonito forro interior de una tela con estampado de rosas (puedes darle zoom para apreciar los detalles), también elaboré la base del panel central que sostiene los pines.

Por hoy voy a descansar y estas fotos finales es el estado actual de mi "Itabag de Hive", todavía falta mucho trabajo pero lo que falta es digamos la parte mas divertida, fabricar y agregar decoraciones, pero no quiero hacer eso cansada (hoy ya me siento bastante cansada).

Yesterday, I assembled the entire body and attached the side straps, although I want to add a few extra ones in two more colors. This afternoon, I installed a pretty rose-patterned fabric lining (you can zoom in to see the details), and I also made the base of the center panel that holds the pins.

For today, I'm going to rest, and these final photos show the current state of my “Itabag de Hive.” There's still a lot of work to be done, but what's left is, let's say, the most fun part: making and adding decorations. However, I don't want to do that when I'm tired (I'm already feeling quite tired today).
