We live in an era where our phones wake us up compared to the alarm we used then, that does wake us up, our laptops keep us working 24/7, and our social media apps never stop buzzing all the time. Technology has gone far and it has given us comfort, speed, and opportunities that past generations never dreamed of. But here’s the catch, it also comes with new challenges and faces of life.

However, Digital well-being” is the idea of finding balance with technology. It’s just about enjoying the benefits of being connected without letting screens take over our lives. Many people don’t realize how much time slips away scrolling endlessly that drains their focus and peace of mind.

One thing is that our brains need breaks, it works all the time like a wrist watch. In fact just like muscles get tired after a workout, our minds also get exhausted from constant digital noise. Researchers made us know that too much screen time can affect sleep, relationships, and even creativity (the main important one).

In the digitalized world we live in now, we do take care of ourselves in this digital era not to be bored or after we have stressed ourselves on daily tasks we have to do. There are some things l want us to know that there are some simple, conscious habits we have to considered:

Spending more time outdoors or with loved ones.

Using technology as a tool, not as a distraction.
